CJO Saewoojeot 500ml

CJO Saewoojeot is a variant of jeotgal, a salted and fermented dish made from small shrimp in Korean cuisine. Along with myeolchi jeot (멸치젓, salted anchovy jeot), it is the most commonly consumed jeotgal in South Korea. The name consists of the two Korean words saeu (새우, shrimp) and jeot.
