Cooking Instructions

  1. Dice 250g boneless chicken thigh.
  2. Slice 1/2 red bell pepper and 4 scallions.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Stir-fry chicken for 5–7 minutes.
  4. Add vegetables and stir-fry for another 3–4 minutes.
  5. Pour in the sauce, mix well, and simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Serve with rice. Optional: garnish with roasted cashews or peanuts.
