Cooking Instructions
- Dice 250g boneless chicken thigh.
- Slice 1/2 red bell pepper and 4 scallions.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Stir-fry chicken for 5–7 minutes.

- Pour in the sauce, mix well, and simmer for 2 minutes.
