Cooking Instructions
- Marinate 150g beef with 1 tbsp of the sauce for 10 minutes.
- Stir-fry beef in hot oil for 2 minutes, add ginger and broccoli, and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add 200g cooked egg noodles and remaining sauce, mix well and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy your Hong Kong-style noodles.
