How to Make Onigiri

1. Cook rice, season with salt or sesame as desired, and let it cool.
2. Place the triangular mold on a clean tray or onigiri packaging sheet.
3. Fill the mold with rice about one-third full.
4. Add your preferred fillings such as kimchi, tuna, beef stir-fry, or cheese in the center.
5. Fill the mold to the top.
6. Press the rice down to the mark using the press lid.
7. Lift the mold while keeping the rice pressed.
8. Remove the press lid – your onigiri is ready.
